Effective date: 29 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Nauctex is a technology business operated by Muhammad Taha as a sole proprietor in Karachi, Pakistan. Our business location is Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme 33, Karachi 75330, Pakistan. We provide technology services and develop our own hardware and software products through Nauctex Labs.

This policy explains how we handle personal information through nauctex.com, its inquiry and application forms, and related communications. References to “Nauctex”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Muhammad Taha trading as Nauctex.

For privacy questions, unsubscribe requests or requests concerning your information, contact with the subject “Privacy request”.

This policy covers the Nauctex website. A separate product, hosted service or client project may require its own privacy notice and data-processing agreement, which will explain any additional processing before it takes place.

2. Information you provide

Project inquiries: your name, email address, message and any company name, service preference, budget, timeline or other project details you provide. We use these details to correspond with you about your inquiry.

Job applications: your name, email address, location, CV, application statement and any phone number, portfolio link or LinkedIn profile you provide. We also record the role applied for, submission and update dates, review status, relevant internal notes and correspondence.

Partnership applications: your name, email address, partnership type, what you offer, message and any company, website or country information you provide. We record review status, relevant internal notes and correspondence.

Labs product requests: your name, email address, phone number, selected product and whether the request is personal or for an organization. Organization requests also include the organization name. We record relevant communications, notes and the request's progress, including payment, delivery, cancellation or refund milestones where applicable. These milestones do not contain bank-card details.

Labs subscriptions: your name, email address, the product you subscribe to and your consent to receive that product's updates and promotional offers. We record the consent wording, its version and the date of consent or renewal. Subscriptions are separate from product requests, job applications and partnership applications.

If you contact us directly by email, phone, WhatsApp or a social platform, we receive the information you share through that channel. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or application. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, bank-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal records through general forms or messages unless we have specifically arranged a suitable way to receive them.

3. Technical and security information

When you use the website, we and our service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request times and email-delivery information. We use this information to operate the website, verify submissions, diagnose problems and prevent spam, fraud and misuse.

Submitting a form may require email verification. We process your email address and related verification information to confirm that you control the address used for the submission.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; assess and deliver projects; evaluate job and partnership applications; manage product requests and related support; send verification codes, confirmations and relevant correspondence; maintain records; and protect the website from unauthorized access and abuse.

Your submissions are reviewed by our team. We do not use AI to decide whether to hire you, accept a partnership or approve a product request. You may receive automated verification and confirmation emails, but decisions about your inquiry or application are made by people.

We use product subscription details to send the updates and promotional offers you expressly requested. Submitting an inquiry, applying for a role or partnership, or requesting a product does not by itself subscribe you to promotional emails.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on the steps needed to respond to your request or enter into and perform an agreement; legitimate interests in operating, securing and administering our business where permitted and balanced against your rights; applicable legal obligations; and your consent for optional promotional subscriptions. We do not treat acceptance of general website terms as consent to marketing.

5. Who can access information

Your information is accessible only to team members who need it to handle your inquiry, application, product request or project, and to authorized providers where necessary for those purposes.

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. We use providers for hosting, storage and email delivery, which involves processing information needed to provide those services. Where necessary, information may also be shared with professional advisers or providers assisting with your engagement, subject to appropriate confidentiality and access restrictions.

We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to a lawful request, to address fraud or security incidents, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information or provide application details to advertisers for their independent marketing.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The public website uses temporary browser storage to remember presentation preferences, such as whether you have already seen the introductory animation. This normally lasts for that browser tab's session and is not used for advertising.

The current website does not include advertising pixels or audience-analytics trackers. Hosting security and operational logs are distinct from advertising or audience analytics. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices or consent mechanism required before using it.

You can block or clear browser storage through your browser settings. Some presentation preferences may then reset. External websites reached through our links have their own storage and privacy practices.

7. How long we keep information

Project correspondence: we keep contact-inquiry emails while assessing the inquiry and, where a project proceeds, through completion and any agreed post-launch support. We delete this email correspondence after the engagement and support have ended, unless an unresolved matter or legal obligation requires it to be retained. If an inquiry does not proceed, we keep it only while it remains necessary to resolve or follow up on that inquiry.

Project and financial documents: quotations, specifications, agreements, invoices, receipts and other necessary business records are kept separately for the period needed to administer the engagement, meet applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations and address disputes. Deleting correspondence does not necessarily delete these records.

Job applications: normally up to 12 months after your latest submission or update, or six months after rejection if that period ends sooner. Your CV and associated assessment notes are removed with the application. Applications may be deleted earlier when the recruitment process and its records are closed. Any subsequent employment records are handled separately.

Partnership applications: normally up to 12 months after the last change, or six months after rejection if that period ends sooner. If a partnership proceeds, we keep relevant information while needed to manage the relationship and associated obligations.

Labs subscribers: 12 months after consent or renewal, unless removed earlier following an unsubscribe or deletion request.

Labs product requests: requests that have not entered review, and successfully closed requests, are retained for up to 12 months after the last change. Requests under review or being fulfilled remain on record while the engagement is active, including after payment and delivery where the engagement has not yet been closed. Cancelled requests and requests with a full or partial refund are retained for up to six months after the last change. Associated notes and progress records are removed with the request. Necessary financial and legal documents are kept separately as described above.

Verification and security information: temporary verification information is kept for the verification process and related abuse prevention. Limited records of how information was handled may remain after an application is deleted where needed for security, accountability or legal requirements.

Deletion is subject to a reasonable processing period rather than taking place at an exact instant. Copies in email correspondence, provider records or backups may follow separate retention or backup cycles. Information may be retained longer where necessary for a legal obligation or unresolved claim.

8. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to explain what information we hold about you, provide access or a copy, correct inaccurate information or delete information that is no longer needed. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive portable information or complain to a competent authority.

To stop Labs promotional emails, reply to an email asking to unsubscribe or contact , identifying the subscribed address and product. Unsubscribe requests are handled manually. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out, and does not prevent necessary communications about a separate product request or active engagement.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that a request concerns your own records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Deletion and access rights are subject to relevant legal exceptions, including records needed for accounting, legal obligations or disputes. We do not require you to disclose unnecessary identity documents to make a request.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Access is limited to authorized people with a business need. These measures reduce risk, but no website, email system or storage method can guarantee complete security.

Tell us promptly if you believe information you shared with us has been exposed or misused. Where a security incident requires notification under applicable law, we will provide the required notification.

10. International visitors and external services

Nauctex operates from Pakistan. Our service providers may process or store information in other countries. Their locations and the services used for a particular engagement can affect where processing occurs. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, those safeguards must be in place for the relevant transfer.

Links to WhatsApp, social platforms, portfolio websites and other external services take you to services with their own privacy practices. Clicking a link, sending a message or using a third-party application may disclose information to that provider.

11. Children

This website is intended for people seeking technology services, products, employment or business collaboration. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information without the authorization required by applicable law, contact us so we can assess and remove it where appropriate. People who cannot legally enter an agreement must involve a parent, guardian or authorized representative before doing so.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The published page will show its last-updated date. Where a change requires a new notice or consent, we will provide it; publishing a revised policy does not itself create consent to new promotional uses.
